For the 2nd time in 3 weeks, delivery food has been ok, but chips have been stone cold n dried out. Won't be using again!!!

Don't ask for a collection on Christmas Eve they won't allow you to collect how wrong is that!!! Shameful.
Been a customer for over 9 years. But tonight was very disappointing. Ordered online and long story short waited almost 3 hours for delivery. Phoned twice for an update and no apology or customer service skills. I was very polite but was informed abutley its Christmas eve. Good news food eventually turned up and was very blaned. Very impressed with Sunny Garden. We recently moved to the area and have ordered from them a couple of times because the food is great and they are very good with their allergens. Last time we accidentally ended up with chilli beef instead of mandarin beef which in fairness look almost identical, so we called up, they were very apologetic, and within about 10 minutes they had turned up with a replacement dish. Not something you get from every takeaway!
Order online, in shop and by phone at different times, staff are always polite and friendly. Delivery drivers are the same. My go to takeaway.
