I’m absolutely disgusted with the Farnborough store, I telephoned to tell them that 4 of my items had defrosted before I received them and there was two items that weren’t delivered I spoke to Manuel who assured me that they would deliver the said items today and take away the damaged goods! They didn’t turn up and he wouldn’t speak to me on the phone. I am lodging a complaint against him and the store.

Cashier staff is rude.He was talking to other customer the whole time. When I tried to pay, he just ignored me. No Hello no Goodbye. Cheap "food" terrible service!

Lots of broducts unavailable last time ibwent and no clear prices I.e price labels didn't match products at all and alot was left un priced at all.

Very good ... apart from 1.need some smaller trolleys . 2. trolleys can't leave the shop so we buy less because of that inconvenience. Dragging bags across to a main car park doesn't happen anymore... Shame
Great stuff, lots to choose from.
Really good variety of food choices. The fresh vegetables are slightly dearer than sainsburys or asda. I would recommend their Indian and Chinese meals. They are really delicious and there is plenty to go around.
Just had a home delivery from Steve very nice and helpful really polite would reorder just from his customer service
