The first time I have been to this restaurant. The Manager clearly runs a smooth ship, and others should take note. The food was honestly the freshest we have ever had. The bun was as soft as a cloud! Well cooked and hot!! The lady on the till was very professional and polite. The lady who carried our food to table was polite, the gentleman who asked if he could clear our table was very courteous and friendly and obviously enjoyed his job. Toilet facilities were spotless. I honestly can not complain about this establishment.
The restaurant was really quiet, there was only us and a couple of other people there but the food took ages. Food was hot and as you would expect really. Kids were happy anyway.
Went in to grab a grimace shake as I’ve been anticipating the limited edition item all year but I was left traumatised by the cashier as when he was taking me order he was humming “travis Scott’s 90210” which left me crying and shaking at the aggressive nature of his tone. Wasteman of a worker came in and reprimand him and took my order Properly
Place is open 24 hours right? Weird I tried to place an order through the app, item unavailable but it wouldn’t say which item…..nnChanged every item and same result…. Called them to ask what was actually available and nobody bothered to answer. Won’t be bothering again.
Ordered through the McDonald’s App and received missing items. The Burntwood McDonald’s branch wouldn’t re send the missing items just tell you to “contact customer support for a part refund” that takes weeks. This doesn’t help as you are left with missing food and have to re order and pay for a delivery twice with Uber.
