Ordered food on the app after work and collected from restaurant at 18:00. They gave us pies that should have been thrown away at 14:16 and another pie didn’t even have a sticker on. Also this burger lacked sauce. #whydoialwaysgetthemcspastic
The first time I have been to this restaurant. The Manager clearly runs a smooth ship, and others should take note. The food was honestly the freshest we have ever had. The bun was as soft as a cloud! Well cooked and hot!! The lady on the till was very professional and polite. The lady who carried our food to table was polite, the gentleman who asked if he could clear our table was very courteous and friendly and obviously enjoyed his job. Toilet facilities were spotless. I honestly can not complain about this establishment.
Incompetent and rude employees who are mostly young, inexperienced and blissfully unaware of how to talk to customers professionally.nVery disappointed with the attitude the employees have - when asking if there is ketchup inside the bag after waiting for over 10 minutes for two chicken nugget happy meals the employee blunted stated she doesn’t know because she didn’t pack it.nOn arriving home I was pleasantly surprised to realise it was in fact not two chicken nugget happy meals but instead two vegetarian happy meals.nI contacted the store to share my experience - when I stated I wanted to make a complaint the employee blunted replied “yeah” and was not at all bothered, put me on hold for two minutes without informing me I would be placed on hold and couldn’t do anything to assist.nAbsolutely shocking! Will only return because the product when right is half decent - absolutely nothing positive to be said about the emoloyees!
Annoyed with the place had three meals fries missing. Unable to take back in due to traffic and time. Tried calling store numerous times no answer. Going forward I will be checking my food before leaving the drive-thru window in future. Sorry for the people behind me.
Typical Maccies in terms of food and pricing. The staff seem very friendly and genuinely nice, the queues for the drive thru is very minimal if any wait at all and the service is swift. Not a huge site in terms of parking and seating but it never seems to be an issue.
