1st time using this MacDonald's,and never will again!! Used the drive thru, accidentally missed payment window, probably cos the window was shut,no one there either,So drove to second window, was told by the mature woman with dark hair,didn't catch her name badge,shame I didn't!!!! That I hadn't paid,I said sorry,that it mistake,,was then told in the most attitude of voices,that she got a go and take money to the 1st window cos I hadn't!! Well, so sorry old bird,but get yourself a better customer service attitude, and talk to people right!! To top it all,food cold, mind you,it warmer than the service I received!! Oh and by the way,I'm no kid leaving this shite review, I'm a old bird myself!!

TERRIBLE, I'm a care worker and go there most days for quick breakfast or a tea. Always told to go wait in a bay then this teatime my order wrong when it my was re read it back to me, told him no it was wrong, then he disappeared saying she's mixed it up. Then he came back and said he'd sorted it ... collected my food, got to next call, wrong food that I ordered that I couldn't eat! Not happy at all.

Very clean very efficient staff. Food is usually good.However this morning 21/3 I had my usual bacon and egg Mcmuffin Unedible unable to eat it very disapointed. I travel nationwide and have never had cause to complain before

Not one of the better ones for service . They are ok . Foodd great . Place is clean but over the past year iv lost count how many times my order has been wrong and had to go back in .
