Genuinely feel sorry for the workers as it was so understaffed. I waited 15 mins in the queue and there were only 3 cars in front of me. The lady serving was extremely apologetic. For once the food was actually hot, as I would expect waiting 15 mins. Never a 5* experience here, always problems. Whether it’s rude staff, cold food, wrong order or a long wait. This franchise seriously needs reviewing by head office. But apart from that the pop corn chicken was nice 👍🏼

The only KFC I will use in the area. Drive thru can be busy but food is always hot so worth the wait.

Had a late dinner at KFC Cannock first KFC for about 10 years (none near were i live)just as nice as I remember. It was very quite at 10 pm but the staff were in high spirits doing lots of cleaning and were very friendly. I was busting & the Boggs were plesant & clean.

Remains the only place I eat fast food. It's KFC, you're getting chicken, fast. Never too busy and never had a cold meal nor a mistake.
