Thank you to ASM , particular Richard for a very reasonable and balanced solution for disposal of my vehicle. ASM also offered an efficient and effective service, from start to end . Richard kept me posted throughout with updates and clear advice. This really helped during a very difficult time with the car manufacturer and dealership and was really light at the end of a tunnel. I would really recommend ASM Auto recycing with their service and efficiency. Keep up the good work !
I needed to scrap my 24 year old car due to ULEZ expansion and ageing although the engine and drive was like new. I tried various sites and ASM was the best price and the follow up service by phone and email was first class and very helpful. The vehicle was collected as indicated. Highly recommend!
We needed to scrap a car that had been left for many years. ASM were really helpful. The communication was great, quick responses and kept in the picture about everything. They gave us a quote which we agreed, but then when they collected the car sent a message informing us that it was worth more and increased the value by almost double! Can the manager ask his staff to serve people quicker? The forklift drivers sit on the phone and not bother about you waiting an hour . Such a shame for a big name like ASM
Great place to do business with. I made an enquiry about a front grille for my daughters car and had an immediate response with the item taken off the site and reserved for me and then delivered the following day, the part arrived well packaged in oerfect condition and all cleaned. Excellent customer service all round and would recommend this place to anyone.
ASM answered the phone quickly and the service representative was professional and polite, gave me the highest quote I had. The collection was arranged and they communicated with me by text and email keeping me in the loop. Got a text when they were 10 minutes away. Perfect. Will be recommending going forward! I found ASM after trying to arrange a pickup on three separate dates with Redcorn who did nothing but time burgle me. No contact made, lied to me when I called to question if the collection was still happening and had poor attitudes on the phone. Thanks again for the level of service you've provided!
Called in on spec to have the Aircon recharged. Did it straight away at a reasonable £48 Inc VAT. Excellent service
a really great place! i found it really easy to find the part i needed, reserve it & pick it up. i think they do delivery service but i decided to go and get the bumper that i wanted… they have brilliant pricing, a warranty that comes with whatever you buy i think, it came with my bumper anyway and lovely staff. i went on my own and i was delighted that it didn’t feel like a weird or uncomfortable environment for anyone… would highly recommend! make sure you call up or email before visiting to reserve and to confirm that they have the part you want! :>
