The worst surgery I have ever been to. Some of the doctors are great but the waiting time for an appointment is a joke and some of the reception staff are just plain rude. 2 weeks for an appointment is disgusting. And then you have to first be able to get past the receptionist. And then the doctor calls you back to deem whether your I'll enough to be given a appointment. How can you diagnose without seeing the patient.

Try to get a prescription allow over a week (despite claims they will do it in 4) and they still haven't been able to do it. Not the first time this has happened, they have also issued prescriptions for drugs I haven't requested. This surgery has gone down hill over the last few years would not recommended to anyone.

This is the worst GP practice i’ve ever been to. I have to deal with this practice on a daily basis due to my parents being a patient of theirs and my mother currently being diagnosed with cancer. Every time i have called them or been at the GP, never have i ever had a good customer service. There are 2 specific female (whom i will not name) receptionist who are exceptionally impolite and rude and unhelpful everytime i had to to speak to them on the phone. They seem to be ok over the desk, in person but still unhelpful with abrupt responses. They don’t care, and they just want to get rid of you as soon as they can. This GP maybe the closest in my area but i chose to rather travel to aldershot and get a much better customer service than this place. Stay away from this GP as much as you can. Also, getting hold of them over the phone is a nightmare. I had called twice waited more than 10mins and when it was my turn (finally after 3people ahead of me!) they cut the line, cut me off TWICE! Aviod!!

This practice is damn right unprofessional I got told I had an ovarian cyst that is 4.5cm big I'm in alot of pain with it got told to wait 6 months to see if it turns into cancer they still haven't seen me it's now been 9 months it's a bloody joke the staff are rude and can I please state that yes they do cut u off as they have done it to me several times
