All of my family have been coming to this surgery since we moved to the area in 2005. Have had the same GP for about 10 years and only got swapped prior to that due to the previous one retiring. The triage system is great and if I have ever needed to be seen urgently they will call me back with an appointment usually the same day. Staff are always friendly

Been at this surgery for 26 years and am very happy with it. My GP does know me and my family and if I phone in the morning a clinician rings me back and, if necessary, I am given an appointment. Never found the receptionists anything less than helpful so think I must be at a different surgery to last review.

Friendly and helpful. Easy to get appointments even if you have to wait a while. Efficient and modern practice.

An awful surgery. With Drs and ownership changing on almost a weekly basis, forget having a GP that knows you. Need an appointment? Good luck! You'll need to call first thing in the morning to find an engaged line, when you eventually get through, all appointments will of gone! Try again tomorrow. Some reception staff come across as rude and unhelpful.
