30mins late for a pick up meant we only had 30mins for pre theatre dinner. Driver swearing down the phone at other people wasn't appreciated or acceptable either.
Absolutely disgusting company!!! Avoid at all costs! The “manager” Ash, has zero customer service skills!! He did not update the booking I made for a corporate event, even though he told me the information I provided had been passed to the driver, it hadn’t! This meant the coach went to the wrong place and put us behind schedule by 20 minutes from the very start of the day we ended up running about an hour late in total. The same coach broke down continously - that cant be helped, but when I phoned to double check we would definitely be getting a replacement coach, as at this point I had no reason to trust the company. He shouted down the phone at me before telling me to “GET LOST!” absolutely shocking behaviour from a so called professional. Warning sign should have been at the time of booking, when they asked for £1100 in cash!! Which we didn't do of course. My advice, for a stress-free booking, go to anyone other than Mayfair Coaches.
Good service, nice coach, reliable and helpful driver. Would use again for a school trip
