Driver has to pick me up but he was some 45 minutes late. He told me to wait in front of a cafe the. To find him in a parking. Such a waste of time and money. Car was smelly. Appalling bad service. Avoid absolutely

Taxi booked at 4am at a fixed fare, message ‘downstairs’ received however taxi didn’t turn up because ‘they had a diesel cars and cannot go to destination due to low emission zone’. Absolute joke. After 3 calls they sent me another cab meant to arrive in 3 minutes. Had to order Uber at 4:20. Lost my train. Never use them

Taxi was 40 minutes late- called the company 3 times and each time they said itd be ‘5mins’ which it obviously wasn’t. Extremely frustrating! When we got in the cab the taxi driver was unbelievably rude
