Kings Road 19/3/24, driver illegally completely occupying cycle stop box. When challenged, unleashes torrent of obscene abuse and gestures, then starts climbing out of his vehicle threatening physical confrontation. Great look for your company, have you considered employing drivers who obey the law and don't try to get into fights with other road users?
It was my first time using this company for a coach trip to Bournemouth. Our drivers were a delight! A huge thank you to Gary & Anthony for being so amazing, understanding and patient with us. Thank you also to Noel, Danny & Joanna for providing excellent customer service!! Highly recommended by all passengers aboard the two coaches we booked. THANK YOU!!!!
Greatest experience ever!!! Absolutely amazing. Huge shout out to Julia,Robert,Ihor,Colin,Trevor and Noel for making my day everyday and driving me everyday.
Used this company to travel to a festival, journey there was fine, we had a speaker and were a bit loud admittedly but nothing that wasn't expected when they agreed to take us to a festival. Mid way through the festival we received a text saying the coach would not return to pick us up and that we were stranded in Kent. They had taken all of the stuff that was left on the coach and said we could pick it up from their office in south London. When collecting all our stuff we realised all of our money had been taken as well as items of clothing. Absolutely disgusting treatment from a company, do not use
Absolutely rubbish service.everyone in that earlsfield depot are soooooo rude.they seem very unapproachable.im surprised this business has lasted this long? I can see that the turnover of staff is ridiculous,hardly any driver left,with the attitude I’m not surprised ,bunch or rude nasty rasist set of brothers run the place ....avoid like a the plague
Found these guys through coach scanner. Relisble and punchual. Thank you for all your help and getting me and my family to and from Heathrow safely.
