I have written my problem for them about the replace of my factory radio. They had replied to me immediately with a solution. Also they had emailed me the correct wire adapter what i needed. They havent asked any money from me. Thank you guys.

Having called and asked for assistance and information plus the expected cost, all of this proved abortive because I am a skinflint and unwilling to pay what was required. Without hesitation, I was then directed to another chap, more local to me, who agreed that he would look at the problem and sort it out. This was done without hope of reward or payment of any kind. You just do not get that sort of customer service and interaction these days. If this is the level of person one gets from this company, I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone, bless them.
