Very good service. Nothing to complain about at all. Booked a taxi for 9:30 and it came 9:30 EXACT. I also booked a taxi that I needed straight away and it came within 15 minutes. Very good service with friendly drivers. They also have the most cheapest prices in the whole of Blackburn. Very good taxi company and definitely my favourite. Will definitely be getting a taxi from here again.
I was stranded far from home with no cash or cards. They agreed to take me home so I could get my cash/cards to pay for the ride. A flexible cab company that deserves your money. I cannot thank them enough.
Pre-booked a taxi Saturday morning via their app. Tried calling when taxi hadn't turned up 10 minutes after the time it was due. Was unable to speak to anyone as "lines were busy" and got cut off. Tried calling back multiple times but got the same response every time. Taxi never turned up. This is not the first time this has happened with this company. Would hate to think what would happen if you had booked them for an airport drop off. Awful company, avoid at all costs.
I have just started using Max cabs and they are amazing - always arrive on the agreed time - very competitive prices ..... and to top it all I stupidly left my iPhone in their taxi last Friday evening - some kind person handed it to the driver who passed it to the office... I collected it on Saturday - amazing in this day and age.... Well done Max Cabs I will always use in future.....
Going to give them a 2 stars. As it's unfair towards the handful of drivers that are actually alright. The rest just let the business down. Parking outside Central fitness all 4 wheels on the pavement rather than on the road, when dropping people off just stops in the middle of the road next to a parking spot, don't get out of the cab to help people with their bags, driving through red lights, speeding through the streets to get to where they need to go, I could really go on. Not only are the drivers representing Max Taxis but their profession is to drive, so why not do it to the best of their abilities? Work with the community rather than being nuisances. Again it's not all of the drivers but the majority. When I was younger drivers were polite and more than willing to help. Now they just need to get a different job or do their job better.
Very, very nice chatty, courteous driver. No trouble for him to wait a few minutes as he was 20 minutes early and very polite when getting my suitcases out at airport hotel. Very nice guy.
I normally get Max's early doors so everyone's waking up, but the drivers always have a chat and are friendly and helpful. Recently l dropped my door key down the seat, the lad nearly had to take the seat out, but found it for me and saved me a lot of grieve. Never had a bad driver or any problems, great service.
Excellent a lovely driver. Clean very clean car and driver and service was most helpful and efficient.
The worst taxi around Lancashire area, poor customer service over the phone, making fun and laughing at their customers, pre booked a taxi in the morning for afternoon time, the taxi did not arrive + on top of all that had to wait 34 minutes for the taxi to come. Drivers not careful and not watching the road, speeding, speaking on the phone while driving, don’t recommend anyone this taxi!!!
Supposedly one of Lancashire's largest taxi firms, but probably the most unreliable. Despite booking a taxi for 10:45 in advance, when I inquired about its arrival, the operator insisted I booked it for 11, displaying rudeness and abruptness over the phone. Why would I request 11 when I have an appointment precisely at that time? If you want a taxi on time, t's better to spend a bit more and pre-book with another taxi service.
