I booked a cab with plenty of notice and it was still late. Really messed my plans up as I missed my connection and had to wait over an hour in the cold for the next train. They take other people's time and schedules very lightly. If they can afford to lose daily custom they must be doing well. It's almost as though they strive to make you late.
A central taxi driver drove into one of my family members cars in the middle of the night and didn't have the decency, courage or respect to leave any details. Instead he drove off and every time I call central taxis they fail to release any information about him. It's a white Volkswagen people carrier. We have him on camera but the registration plate is not clear. All I need is the registration plate as it's unacceptable to just get away with this.

accrington seems full of crap taxi companys but central is by far the worst,,,missed a vital hospital app cos taxi turned up 45 mins late againand was lied to several times in betwwen,i wont be using again!!!
