Americans stay away! They need to blacklist this MOT shop from the base. They make up fake repairs to make money off Americans. I brought my car to them for MOT and they failed my car and made up a £600 repair. I brought the car to another MOT center and passed with flying colors the next day!!! I will be making a base Inspector General to start the process of blacklisting shops who take advantage of Americans.  STAY AWAY IF YOUR AMERICAN!!!

Called to have my car battery replaced and got in immediately. The part arrived before even I did which was within 30 minutes. I was in and out in less than half an hour and the pricing was very fair. I would definitely recommend and will be using them again in future. Only down side was the disappointing tea.

Have used Matt's for almost all my car needs for the past 3+ yearsexcept services they don't offer such as tyres. Always pleasant interactions. Never been overcharged. Actually charged me less for a job than they could have since it took longer than expected. Extra hours were not charged. Never had any issues they repaired repeat. I chose them based on a recommendation, and I would recommend them to anyone needing quality work done at a fair price.

You always get a great service at Matts Motors. Friendly reliable company. Service with a smile and they always go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I took my car here for a diagnosis. They didn't diagnos anything and made me pay £30 for hooking up a scan tool when the problem was already on the dash. When I called They said they would waive the fee and the lady had the nerve to tell me I was rude. When my wife picked the car up they made her pay and did not waive the fee. This business is a joke I will never take another vehicle here. £30 for them to tell me what the car already says on the dash and tell me I need to take it somewhere else to be diagnosed. No list of parts to be replaced literally NOTHING. Biggest waste of money every. Unprofessional business.

We as a family have used Matts Motors for years. They are a friendly, professional and extremely helpful outfit. They have always gone out of their way to help with any motoring issues we have. A special shout out to Cathy who's customer service is second to none. She also really enjoys it when customers ding the bell on the counter every time they walk in.

Matts Motors are Absolute cheaters and Untrusted people. I took my Mercedes Vito over there to fix it,  The person called Matt, said needs pump fuel changing, he charged me 380.00 pounds for that, and the laying part is he didn't change it at all, as he couldn't provide me with the receipt he bought the pump  and the old fuel pump. And the car douse not work . Be very careful with this Garage as they easily cheat on you take your money and no work done. So I will not recommend at all. BIG cheaters.

I called ahead to have a repair done on my bmw and I called about 5 days before so they could order the part and get it in I paid for it right then and there over the phone. I asked them to replace the one part and they said they would and will call me before end of day. sure enough I didn't hear back so I called them the next day around noon. Karen said they had just finished with my car and found other work that they needed to do, yet never bothered to call me to make sure I was okay with the work being done. Nor did they ensure I had the funds to afford the extra work and part. I had the money but still they are supposed to notify you if more work is needed and need your permission to carry out said work. When I finally got in my car the steering wheel and tires had been badly unaligned and now I need to have realigned. Needless to say unless you want to not get your car on time and have them call when they are supposed to I wouldn't recommend this garage to anyone. Look around in surrounding areas there are many more garages that do much better work and are friendlier and are true to their word. Also if you are American and don't know basic vehicle maintenance laws, they are looking for your service so they can charge you extra money and get extra work. Find somewhere else even if base auto hobby is recommending them.

The mechanic provided great customer service and was honest! I had my vehicle checked out in a timely manner. I see why so many people recommended this business to me. I will definitely go back in the future if I have any more car issues.
