The team at Cooper's Garage are absolute life savers and some of the nicest folks I have met at a Garage. The squeezed me in two separate times to get something fixed in the same day in order for me to ship my vehicle to the states. If you need anything done THESE are the people to go to!
Fantastic team at Cooper's, they helped me out when I was in a huge bind. When I tried to ship my American Truck out of the UK, it broke down 3 miles from the vehicle processing center. I called them and even though they were closed, they let me organize a tow to their yard. Even though they were booked up for repairs for weeks, they still squeezed it in the next day to diagnose the issue. After ordering the part, they obliged and let me take up a lot of real estate with my truck. Once the parts were in, they quickly made the repairs and even let me keep the truck parked for another week while I coordinated shipping. True professionals who go out of their way to help their customers and community.
Absolute best service around. This team of professionals goes out of their way to provide unparalleled service with a smile. The several times I brought my classic mini there, they provided top notch maintenance at reasonable prices, and went well above and beyond to take care of me with excellent customer service. You won’t find anyone around with more experience in the business than Steve. And Tina’s truly outstanding customer service has saved my bacon on multiple short notice occasions. Highly recommend!
LIGHT CONVERSIONS... PRO: I had a light conversation done in 2019 when I first got to the UK. My initial impressions were good and I was satisfied with the service and everything worked okay for a little bit.... CONS: Unfortunately, the work did not hold up. About a year later when I turned in my rear fog lights it would cause my tail lights to cut off. The reverse light placed below also stopped working. The light itself fell off and was hanging by the wire. This was fixed during a MOT. The light un-conversion service was a nightmare. I received my vehicle back and the lights DID WORK, however I kept getting a message on my dash "parking light out" and it would chime constantly when the lights were switched on. I returned to the garage and they checked the lights in a matter of a minute and discounted my claim of the dash message even though I showed a photo. This is very disappointing, as I have gone to Cooper's during my 4 years in the UK. To have paid over a thousand pounds for the lights to be switched and then un-done to have this issue be ignored. This is very poor customer service. Even a partial refund would have been nice... But unfortunately the "warranty" on the labor is useless as I'm 5,200 miles away now with a malfunctioning tail light. However, Cooper's garage was okay for small to medium repairs. If you're getting work done that isn't a light conversation, I would recommend this garage.

Fabulous garage, service was spot on, they really know their stuff, fixed my Mini Cooper within 24hrs of calling them with my enquiry, no fuss and did exactly what they said. Special shout out to Tina is the heart of this company, she really cares about her customers, thanks ever so much and right before Xmas too!
I took my classic mini in for some necessary maintenance and they went above and beyond. The staff is amazing and very friendly. My requested items were handled and even after I picked the vehicle up I had a small issue and they were quick to go as far as driving down the road to help me out. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their vehicle serviced.
Cooper’s garage was fantastic! They where quick and professional and squeezed me in short notice to get my vehicle ready for export then spent 20-30 mins chatting about all things cars! When I left without paying chatting got us sidetracked a quick call with polite attitude had me back in a snap! They even asked to expose my chassis vin before taking it upon themselves even tho it was required! Overall great experience and some cool cars in the shop as well!
Needed a letter of conformity to ship my car to the states and Cooper's Garage was able to help me out. Kathy and Steve were very helpful, honest and fit me into the schedule. It was exactly what I needed and now I am good to go! Thanks!
Great service and very reasonable prices. They got my car in on short notice due to an oil leak and not passing international shipping inspections. Afterwards my car passed the inspection and I was able to travel back to Plymouth. I highly recommend them for anything Classic Mini related.
