Appalling and possibly the worst delivery service i have ever recieved. I ordered a king sized mattress, and having read previous reviews expected it to be delivered at least upstairs to the landing. The 2 delivery drivers refused to even help me with this stating that 'they were not paid to do that'...they also sarcastically wished me 'good luck' before leaving quickly. Now i have a mattress dumped in my living room and no means to get it upstairs so im going to have to pay to have this done for me. I contacted customer services who were full of apologies but didnt seem to believe me when i told them 2 men delivered. Apologies and absolutely no options given which in my books is awful customer service.
Dont go there bought a bed gas struts x 1 stopped working bed was one year 2 weeks old would not replace gas strut or even sell me one they were just not interested
Brilliant service very helpful let you lay in bed to make sure it's right for you explain about mattress and do t push you to buy
Wow what a great shop and the staff went above and beyond
