Spent best part of an hour in store to get a contract. Staff couldn't hear over the music being played, having one member of staff sign me up whilst serving people during signing up for a 2 year contract. On their phones when I was ready to give further information. A for deals with the network F for attentiveness and service. Also forgot the extra items which were part of the deal, to a value of nearly £100, feel lucky that I had been to a different 3 store to see what the promotions were as I had to remind of what else was on offer with the package I was looking for.
