Staff at Argos Corby Oasis are always rude and unhelpful. It feels like they want customers to walk away instead of shop. They act as if you’re asking them for money, not spending it. Super mean, never willing to help. I avoid this store as much as possible,management really needs to look into this behaviour.
Staff are very rude and not helpful. I was in a good mood until I went into this shop.nI will not shop here again!
I went to collect my items that I had ordered online . The lady was very rude and patronizing when I asked where to find my collection code as I hadn’t ever collected an item from store before . She then went and got another lady to finish off my collection and I presume she couldn’t be bothered to help anymore .
Varied shops plenty of parking reasonable priced.
Customer service AWFUL.nWhilst waiting to be served, I witnessed an elderly lady who was struggling to stand whilst a member of staff was dealing with her. Told the elderly lady to come back when she had more time to deal with her issue. Staff member could of simply ask her to take seat and wait. Staff member manner was nothing short of disgusting. Janet is the member of staff in question.
