Customer service AWFUL.nWhilst waiting to be served, I witnessed an elderly lady who was struggling to stand whilst a member of staff was dealing with her. Told the elderly lady to come back when she had more time to deal with her issue. Staff member could of simply ask her to take seat and wait. Staff member manner was nothing short of disgusting. Janet is the member of staff in question.
All the staff seem quite rude, there was a polite tall dark haired manager with a beard before but he seems to have left.
I found the staff very unpleasant and at times couldn’t even be bothered to help you
lovely manager helped us with heavy items today, and answered all our questions. thank you thomas!
Plenty of shops places to have coffee. Nice place to eat in Asda . Nice choose of shops
