Customer service AWFUL.nWhilst waiting to be served, I witnessed an elderly lady who was struggling to stand whilst a member of staff was dealing with her. Told the elderly lady to come back when she had more time to deal with her issue. Staff member could of simply ask her to take seat and wait. Staff member manner was nothing short of disgusting. Janet is the member of staff in question.
We went to Argos today in Corby to get some weightlifting gloves, and I liked that there were options to either pre-book via our phones or through their tablets; we looked through, and there were fourteen gloves that matched our needs when we finished paying through the machine and within a few minutes we were able to collect it. The product isn't too good, but it fits our current needs. It felt a little cheap compared to the money we paid for. It's a good store but sometimes needs to be careful of the quality of products; if you know the brand well, then you're good to use this; if you don't, then it's a bit of a gamble.

All the staff seem quite rude, there was a polite tall dark haired manager with a beard before but he seems to have left.
Got a text to tell me my item was ready so I went in forgetting my Argos card. The two guys at the till refused to serve me thought I gave them all details needed. Came back later with my card and no one asked to see my card. A little common sense goes a long way. No need for that hard-line approach.
