Avoid at all costs tell you what you are selling is faulty when it not, rather than telling you they don’t want it!! Leave items for testing for over a week and still not tested. My experience with other CEX stores in the area Wellingborough and Kettering very helpful and friendly will use these in future.

Bought a Gamecube for Christmas including Luigi’s mansion and super Mario sunshine. When we got them the Gamecube had scuff marks and when we plugged the Gamecube in it worked and then it wouldn’t read the disc. On Christmas my son put Luigi’s mansion in the Wii it didn’t work. However they have offered us a refund

Absolutely rubbish shop when in 14:30 to sell my phone told me I had to wait till 17:15 to get tested so I left it went back an hour later and they said they can't test anything its a joke the tester is slow as anything and don't know what he's doing would not recommended this shop to anyone plus they rip people off

July/August 2017: Went to CeX on the 31st to buy a Turtle Beach P12 Headset. Got served by a really nice girl but ruined the nice experience by chewing gum while talking to me as it felt a bit rude. I got the headset and took it home and played with it for a couple of hours, then suddenly the microphone stopped working. I go back on the 1st August to get a replacement and then go back home again and I got a faulty pair. Right earcup not working and again microphone faulty. I went back AGAIN, talk to them and I finally got my money back. I believe they are not testing there items and sending faulty ones to customers. That is unacceptable and wont be going back to get a secondhand headset.
