O2 Shop Londonderry - Foyleside

no idea what the others are on about never had any thing other than wonderful service from this store! the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to help! top class wouldn't go anywhere else!

Went to 02 shop after work to get my photos copied to a memory card, staff didn't know what to do raised theirs hands and started chanting "guru guru" so in other words make an appointment. Got an appointment 4 days later to suit with my work. Was late with traffic had to make appointment for couple hours later. Went back and as I thought the guru copied them for me to find out later photos were lost and not on my SD card at all, as working all week and could only go on my day off rang 02 shop. The phone was answered and slammed down and went dead. Therefore I hung up and rang again to find I couldn't get thorough as phone was ringing out they seemed to leave it off the hook as it is a landline number. Now I have lost a lot of memories of lost photos. I'm so angry with the service it was DIABOLICAL!!!!!!!!!

Staff very unhelpful, having upgraded to a new contract with an expensive phone i at least expected them to offer to help me set up my new phone, this wasn't an option. The manner with which i was dealt with made it obvious the girl could not be bothered, i wasn't even offered a bag for my purchase. Will not be returning to that store, awful customer service by some very rude scruffy staff. My advice.....SHOP ELSEWHERE!

My experience of this branch is that the staff are brash arrogant they don't look after you needs hence I know have a phone and service I am not happy with and am going back to morrow for a full refund
