Totally dissatisfied with Matalan. I've been waiting for over a week & a half for my order to be delivered. Contacted customer services about my order not arriving. Told to wait. It obviously is missing. Meanwhile they have my money & it seems they are reluctant to refund me.
Called at Warrington Matalan what a disgrace the level of service has gone down.I asked a girl have you got any more long skirts in stock her reply was er um er think we might have and walked off. Obviously didn't give a toss.We then got to the till there was only 1 till open the rest self service I asked for a a carrier bag we only have bags for life not would you like one.He continued to serve us asked for the money and not one please or thank you through the whole transaction.who is training these kids to serve customers Obviously no one really bad won't be going again unless you want me to train the staff

Logged with customer service and no response.nEscalated to the senior management and still no response.nnHalf the order arrived and it still contained the security tags so I couldn't wear the clothing even if I wanted to.nnWorst experience of online shopping ever
