Great buying experience, Northampton branch didn't have the car I wanted but they had one at the Tempsford branch in Bedford. Bob the salesman got it transported to Northampton branch for me without any pressure to buy. He got me a good deal on finance and took our old car in part exchange

Disgraceful. MasterCars Flore sold me a very broken car! Mileage Discrepancy (possibly up to 50k miles off as advertised) - they even admitted they don't do National Mileage Database checks. The car burns 1l of oil every 400 miles, needing repairs of £2500. The car's handbreak is broke. The petrol tank leaks if filled up. They Refused to take car back or mend the problem. Now forced to go to court.
