Enjoyed a good meal at sensible prices. Food all cooked well and very tasty. Service was excellent by the young staff. Nice dining area all very clean. Highly recommend. Very good restaurant, food hot and tasty and salads fresh. Only grumble was the glass of white wine was warm, should be refrigerated. However we enjoyed the meal

Horrendous night. I wouldn't even give this 1 star if I could as that implies I got some level of service whilst I was there. Booked a table in advance for 7pm, took 45 minutes to have our drinks and food order taken. We waited until 9pm and our food still hadn't arrived, instead they prioritised all the takeaway orders rather than anyone in the restaurant. Asked for the Manager repeatedly, but they refused to come out and see the many frustrated tables, instead let the poor front of house team take everyone's complaints. After 2+ hours of waiting, we eventually threw in the towel and left to go and grab food elsewhere, not exactly how we intended to spend the evening. If you fancy a curry served anytime vaguely near when you got to your table, I'd look elsewhere.... If you do end up going, McDonald' s at Gillingham is open late just FYI.

Second time here with the martial arts clan. Seventeen of us this time. Great to see old faces again. Could do with some background music to make the evening better.Food: 5/5

Wasn't going to come back here as previously food was too hot to enjoy.so glad we did! We knew as soon as we tasted the food that something was different.Under new management new cooks and food is fantastic!! Full of flavour and perfect.

Just returned home after our first taste of the Masala Garden! We are a family of 3 2 adults 1 toddler the service was excellent, friendly, attentive waiters and waitresses without being too in your face. Fantastic cool air conditioned restaurant, tastefully decorated throughout. The food was very well presented and the tastes were incredible. Loved it all and will definitely return for take away and sit down meals.

Hoenstly the best Indian I've had in months. Heard a bunch of my friends talk about how good it is and was not disappointed. Friendly staff and welcoming/Clean environment. Food was cheap and absolutely excellent in taste. Had to travel 15 minutes to pick it up as they didn't deliver to where I lived and would happily drive all the way back for an Indian every day of the week over what's available locally!

Just back from a  meal at Masala Garden. Cannot fault the food, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. When new cutlery is requested, I would expect it to be placed on the table and not tossed. Staff appear to be walking around aimlessly. Some guidance from a senior member of staff would go a long way.

We had a meal here on the 1/6/22 & it's the worst curry we've ever had. We waited over an hour for the food & they weren't even that busy when it arrived it was cold & when we told the waiter he stuck his finger in our food to test it & took it away, they then nuked it in the microwave & brought the same food back even though the waiter had had his finger in it. It was still only luke warm & the microwave had overcooked it. We complained to the manager & he said what else am I supposed to do to with it to heat it up, to which we suggested cooking the food fresh again, but he refused so we said we were leaving as were still hungry. We were then presented with the bill in full & asked to have cost of the food we hadn't eaten removed but he refused to adjust & said if you don't like the food then don't cone back. Don't waste your money, the food & service were awful & left a lot to be desired!
