What an amazing team of people. Could not be happier. We are first time renters in the UK which is daunting and difficult and the team were helpful and kind through the entire process. I know that we will be looked after in the times to come !

Be aware of this agency after 18 months of tenancy we are lucky to move out still waiting for out deposit, case is now logged with Tds we also opened case on social media because there isn't just us that they try to charge for things that they shouldn't also if you have fault on any equipment you gonna wait for months to get things fixed we had to live with no extractor fan which triggers fire alarm everytime when we tried to cook for almost 8 months we had rats in attic for over 6 months where in the end they are accusing us up on having flea in the house which generate cost of £200 to clean with no evidence or relevant paperwork to prove so, house was left spotless we cleaned it all through out but still there is another £150 charge for cleaning the property BE AWARE!

Useless and no help what's so ever. Agencies have made it expensive and prohibitive to getting a rental property
