I had the best experience selling my home with Hawksbys. From start to finish every member of staff I dealt with was friendly and professional. The marketing was excellent and my house was sold in 4 days. The service was 10 out of 10.!!

I have done business with Chris Perrin of Hawksby's on a number of occasions over the last 15 years. I have never been disappointed. I would not choose anyone else to help me carry out a sale or a let in the Wellingborough area. Trust in Chris to help you out.

Due to unforeseen circumstances I was in desperate need of a place to rent, I called into the office to see if they could help. They indeed could. Everyone at the office was welcoming and helpful in every way and understood the urgency of my situation. I felt like a person and not just another face through the door. I mainly dealt with Dean, I cannot emphasis enough how incredible his service was, he was very well versed in all aspects of the procedure, very efficient and quick to respond to my emails. It was refreshing to be dealing with someone with so much positivity, especially in a time where i needed that most. Little over a week after viewing a property I am now sat in my lounge typing this. I am not sure they understand how much of a weight off my shoulders this is. I would thoroughly recommend Hawkby's to all looking to rent and indeed buy. Very impressed.

I would give Hawksbys 10 stars out of 5 if I could, i'm a first time buyer and quite new to all this. My experience with my solicitors was not a good one, but Helen at Hawksbys was an absolute saint. She gave me daily updates on the progress of my purchase and was able to liaise with the sellers solicitor better than my own solicitor could! I'm a first time buyer with no chain and managed to complete in 7 weeks, I can without a doubt say that this would not have been possible without the team at Hawksbys. Truly excellent customer service and when I eventually decide to sell or let my property I will undoubtedly be using Hawksbys services again.
