Me and my wife were so pleased with the way Harwoods handled our purchase. It was seamless from start to finish and we found the whole process really easy. Their correspondence and communication (especially from Philip Meyer) was extremely professional and any missed phone calls/emails were returned straight away.

We could not recommend Harwoods enough to all those wanting to rent, buy or sell a property.

Philip sold my house in Wellingborough and I was delighted with the service offered, so much so the house was sold to a prospective buyer before I even had the house go on the market. Philip is most professional and dealt with every situation with aplomb. Since using Harwoods I have continued to recommend Philip to friends and family, again providing above and beyond value in those situations. I recommend Harwoods without reservation or hesitation.

After being in contact with several estate agents in Wellingborough and Rushden we were a bit sick of not being contacted back when promised. But Harwoods were absolutely excellent!!!! Always called back when promised and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. Will not be using anyone else but them in future.

FANTASTIC..! Just sold my house with Phil and then went onto renting a house also through Harwoods with Wendy. The whole team were amazing from start to finish and I couldn’t fault the service. Keeping me updated on what was going on and always at the end of the phone if I needed any questions answering (nothing was ever to much trouble)  Due to selling the house and needing a rented property ASAP on completion, the guys where amazing on making sure everything was in place from me moving out of my house and then into rented accommodation. I would highly recommend the Harwoods team! And I will defo be using them again if and when I’m ready to get back on the ladder. 

Thanks again guys for all your hard work and making the move run so smoothly.
