As landlords we switched to “Let it” over a year ago as we were very unhappy with our existing agent.  “Let it” have been a completely different story!  They are efficient, no nonsense, and quick to report any problems that the tenant may have, they are able to give valuable advice and have reliable contractors they can call on for repairs etc.  We would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience from viewing with Glenn to getting keys on February 1st 2023 Really care about tenants too. We found our dream bungalow.

Naomi was exceptionally professional, friendly and easy to deal with. Communication was superb and swift, with a positive conclusion - and very good aftercare. We have now moved in and 'Let It' cannot do enough to make sure we are happy - highly recommended !

I rented a house from here for 10 months and I have to say they're one of the best agencies I've used. The are friendly and extremely helpful. Our boiler had issues in the winter meaning our heating wasn't working and they were quick to provide with heaters to use while we waited for the boiler to be repaired. Our final handover was easy and we received our deposit back within a week. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a rental property.

Have been with them for over 6 years now, can't fault them, issues which were rare solved swiftly and effectively. Would recommend them highly.

One star is generous. Please avoid this agency at all costs. Worst agency i have ever dealt with by far. If you absolutely have no other options, make sure you take pictures of everything that's broken when you move in, THEY WILL try to charge you for everything at the end of your tenancy. Failing to send contractors to fix broken things and when they do show up, they do a poor job .. Money coming out of your pocket for repairs because they refuse to do them. Glenn is also very rude whenever you approach him with an issue, giving you sassy answers like "there's nothing wrong with .. " or "try a thicker curtain for that draft from the window" .  HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID THIS AGENCY

Reading previous reviews it seems to be a common theme with this agency attempting to scam tenants deposits. We left the property we moved out of immaculate after professional cleaning, and was still billed £110 for would be classed as minimal wear and tear and a further £150 to remove branches from tree in the back garden! I reiterate the opinions of Glenn being rude, sent many threatening emails and even throw our possessions away after entering the property before the lease was up! Which is illegal refer to - Torts Interference with Goods Act 1977  I would advise to avoid this agency, as they are clearly just chancers with no experience with how to deal with letting properties.

Great agency.  I've been with them for 8 years.  Always helpful and quick to help with reporting a problem. Very professional people. Highly recommend.

Really professional people. I lived in one of 'Let it' property for more than six years and found them very helping and fair. They resolved every query with immediate response and helpful manner. I would recommend them as its hard now a days to find such people. :
