The staff were most helpful,nothing was too much bother. We made additional purchases while in the shop that were all lovingly gift wrapped for us. Would highly recommend x"},{"text":"I sent my watch in to be repaired as I broke the part to change the watch's time. They charged me £75 and still experienced problems with it after receiving it back. I returned it to them as the part came out again and they tried to offer me a full service at a discounted price which is around the same price as the watch. I wanted my money back or my watch fixed not to spend more money on a job you havent done properly. They then managed to fix it in store even though the date clock wasnt working. I took it back and then the same problem happened again. I took in in a third time explaining it has happened again and they refused to give me any more than 50% of what I spent on the repair back or the £75 money off another watch as they accused me of breaking it myself all these times, when it would just come out while I was walking. I asked for all the money back and they then told me I had 12 hours to take it or leave it very unsypathetically. They fact they offered me all the money off another watch is a clear admission of guilt. They just wanted the money they owed me spent in their business again. I havent taken their offer and am taking this further. Will certainly not reccomend they take you money when doing an incredibly poor job after 3 chances to diagnose the problem. And refuse you to have the money back when they service was poor."},{"text":"I went in to Knight Jewellers to get a stone replaced in my favourite earrings- everyone there was very friendly, helpful and most of all did a fantastic job on my earrings at a reasonable price with a quick turnaround. Would highly recommend them."},{"text":"As always, exceptional service from Knights today with a small repair to an Omega watch. Ready in 20 minutes and even fixed a couple of pins in the strap I had not noticed were about to fail. Thanks!"},{"text":"Visited this jewellers today to see if they could help to provide a watch for my elderly father with Alzheimers. It needed to be as similar as possible to the broken one that he had and was familiar with. The owners, a lovely married couple could have really sold me something far more expensive but instead checked that dads watch was beyond repair and found a watch for £20 which was perfect. Hmmmm the extension to a ring which they did for an additional £45 seems to be not silver? Staining half the finger green! Beware these guys! Not professional."}]
