I've been lucky enough to work with David Marshall on one house purchase and two sales in West Cornwall. His advice is always spot-on and the service he and his team provide is excellent. Simon was extremely personable, professional and willing to answer any of my questions. He didn't rush me and let me take my time. Nothing was too much trouble> After the unhelpful agent I had from Kerb Appealz in the morning showing me another property who couldn't get me out of the house quick enough, didn't know anything about the property and was actually pretty rude.the Marshalls experience was extremely positive. i have recently moved to Cornwall and am still finding my way around. However I am a cash buyer and serious about buying because this is where I want to live for the rest of my life. Thank you, Simon, I look forward to moving forward with Marshalls.
We were very pleased with the way the negotiators dealt with our sale, the team were all very willing to help with any problems that arose. It's never a straight forward processes buying and selling a house and their experience was invaluable. I would recommend this estate agent highly to anyone .
Absolutely deserving of 5 stars! The team could not have been any more helpful. Trying to sell a house is hard enough, but trying to sell a house from the other end of the country is even harder. Marshalls took all that stress off me and got me an asking price offer in the first week - outstanding professionalism and customer service. Would recommend Marshalls every time! Thank you all.

A predictable continued lack lustre performance from this estate agent forced a much needed change of Agents and approach to selling my parents house. I'm not sure whether it's their arrogance or blatant ignorance, or likely a combination of both, as to what is really needed by discerning customers in today's housing market.
I have found them to be a very helpful.agency and to be highly recommended.
