I’ve had the misfortune to deal with several staff at PRH. I found them to be very unhelpful, evasive, unprofessional, and extremely condescending. Eventually, after 18 months, 3 letters from Cornwall Council and from the RSPCA the issue has finally been resolved - click on my name above to see the photos of what we put up with
Theresa and her team have amazing local knowledge of Penzance, Penwith and West Cornwall. I would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone.
Theyre amazing.. And things are done properly.. Helped me out with my dogs with new landlords.. Cant praise em enough.
