I contacted RDR Estates with a view to having a survey completed on a property I was considering purchasing. From the initial phone call I found them extremely friendly , professional and helpful where nothing was too much trouble. The survey was carried out the day it was booked for and I received the report within a few days which really impressed me. It was produced in a clear and understanding would make sense to anybody that was reading it. I had a few questions and Dan was really accommodating with his advice and knowledge and I would have no hesitation in recommending RDR Estates. I have some other properties and have already appointed RDR Estates to take over the Letting Management of one of these as I felt they totally understood my needs and I was that impressed with their prompt and friendly service.
We had a good feeling about RDR Estates from the very first meeting with Conor who was a great help in sorting out some sub-contractors to carry out some refurb work to get our property ready for the letting market . We would definitely use RDR estates again for any future projects in the area. Thanks you and your team for a speedy turnaround from start to finish. Ann & Keith
I would highly recommend RDR Estates Penzance. Conor has been fantastic to deal with. He answers all queries promptly and courteously and has remained cheerful through some of the inevitable hiccups we experienced as first-time landlords. All the admin was handed efficiently and all our concerns listened to and acted upon. A great experience all round.

Great letting agency! They have been very helpful throughout the entire process. Constant communication, friendly, welcoming, kept us up to date and posted. We would be more than happy to rent with them again!! We would give 6 stars if it was an option.
Dan from RDR undertook a building survey on a property for me. Got a very prompt response to my enquiry and clarification on the survey to be undertaken and the price. Had bit of wait for Dan to fit the inspection in to his schedule and a time convenient for the house owner but not a problem. Received very clear, well laid layout and comprehensive report on the property from Dan and all done at the agreed fixed price and with no extras. Very pleased with this service from Dan at RDR.
