Threatened to clamp my car for parking in the residential parking, only to be told that we were only allowed one spot. SO WHY WAS EVERYONE ELSE ALLOWED TO HAVE FAMILY MEMBERS AND ALL PARK THERE?! Plus blamed us for damp in the stair well when they didn't supply us with a key to the window, what were we supposed to do... Leave our front door wide open 24/7?! Glad I'm out.
I've always found WCHO helpful, caring, knowledgeable, supportive. They keep us, as landlords, in line and informed. Basically decent people, their dealings are honest, fair and principled. Which is what we want.
