I have to say this the whole experience is shockingly bad, they have no clue how to deal with disabled people, you should expect to spend all your time chasing them rather than them doing anything to help. My experience was that whilst trying to sort out the disabled side of things on the purchase of a van which they had little or no interest in, they chose to sell the van to someone who wasn't disabled. SW Brand manager spent most of the time arguing with me, however in the end he apologised and told me he would find me another van, which he hasn't done. When I look online I still find the van is listed for sale all over the place. I would avoid these guys if you are disabled as they are not interested in the 22,7% of the adults in this country that are disabled. They could obviously do without my £46g Hi Marcus, In response to your message below, I did already speak to a manager he is your brand manager with SW initials (Initials for Data Protection Purposes) if you want to contact me search your DATABASE there isn't going to be anyone else with my name who has had dealings with your business in the last couple of weeks. I notice that reading a lot of the reviews of your company there is a disproportionate amount of negative reviews demonstrating that there is something clearly wrong with the way you do business. From the van perspective I went down the Mercedes route where there were no problems at all with dealing with disabled side of things and customer service is good. Volkswagen have therefore lost a customer to a direct competitor because of your dealership. Just so you know seen as you cannot be bothered in trying to get into contact with me, I will making Volkswagen UK head office aware of the very serious problems with your business.

Excellent customer service the whole way throughout from start of inquiry to purchasing and collecting my car. My sales rep was Kit-Man Wong and made the whole experience of buying a car comfortable and easy, was really friendly and went out if his way to ensure I received a first class service. I will always recommend Marshall Volkswagen to anybody after the service I received. 5 stars all round.

Excellent customer service. A genuinely helpful team, who look after you very well indeed. I had the pleasure of dealing with more than one of the sales team (and the Sales Manager too), they are all first class people. If the car industry as a whole has a bad reputation, these guys are doing a great job in proving that great customer service is alive and well in their dealership. Thank you.

As a Disabled customer on the motability scheme, I recently contacted Marshall VW at Milton Gate to inquire about securing a motability car asap due to change of circumstances. Having being disappointed with various other car dealerships, the service here was impeccable. From the start, contact was amazing, kept in the loop every step of the way. Any question I had was answered quickly and they found me a car. From the point of order to collection was just 5 days! This is by far the best service I have ever had with a motability car and never once felt undervalued like I have in the past. I cannot recommend Marshal Volkswagen, South Oxford enough and look forward to ordering my next car with them.

Have used them for last 4 years for my Transporter and been happy with the service from them. Then during routine service they start work on advisories without authorisation, replacing discs and pads on from and rear, when I call them they say my wife authorised it. My wife confirms nothing was mentioned about additional work when they spoke and service rep says they did not discuss cost for additional work. By the time I am able to speak with them they have replaced rear disc and pads. I'd had both front and rear pads and discs replaced 14 months ago. With 20,000 miles done since then I believe that the pads were 70% worn, but I doubt very much that the discs needed changing and purely a case of lets increase sales!! We agree a reduced rate for the rear pads and discs and the front pads but I was just annoyed they had started work without authorisation. I then had to barter with them to get a reasonable rate. Shame as it's normally a good service they offer, I doubt very much that I will bring the vehicle back after this experience.
