During my shopping, I was loading what I needed into a backpack that I needed to take my shopping home.nnI was followed around the shop by a store member with long hair who made it entirely clear he thought I was a thief. Instead of discussing this, he insisted on remaining uncomfortably close to me while I tried to do my shopping.nnI ended up forgetting half of what I needed due to this creepy man who made me feel uncomfortable. The icing on the cake though was that when I joined the queue to pay for my shopping, he had the audacity to touch me and my bag from behind without my consent to see if I was hiding anything.nnI don't know what your store policy is, but I have a right to personal space and not to be touched by your employees. Overall it was degrading to be judged, made to feel awkward and then manhandled without so much as a word spoken. If at any point this man had just asked to see inside my backpack I'd have happily obliged as he found out, I had nothing to hide.nnDisgraceful conduct.nnI would like to point out my backpack was fluorescent yellow. What kind of dumb thief would load into a bright yellow backpack?!
Great location, reasonably good quality products and cheap price. Often under-staffed, long quene at the tills, chaotic isles sometimes. A couple of male staff are always rather rude and I'd rather go to Aldi whose staff are always very cheerful and helpful, plus free parking at Aldi
I most of the times go there to buy daily groceries remains always disappointed. Store does not give a tidy and professional look. Shelfing cages remains at the store floor. Most of the times only one till remains open for checkouts. Staff is friendly, store remains low in milk stocks.
Extremely hectic Lidl. Stuff often in the wrong places and items often have no price labels. Common for boxes to block the aisles. Not enough staff at the check outs. They should implement self-check outs for baskets ASAP.
I like Lidl. I am a customer of theirs, I have been to many places and many places that have Lidl and shopped from them but I never imagined that this Lidl would be the worst and that I would live close to it. If there was less than one star I would give it. Rude and bad manager who has no manners with customers, very rude and racist staff and also very rude and irresponsible to the point of not caring about people and not respecting others. I always buy from Lidl and I am a customer every day I go to Lidl but I hate going because of the staff and their rudeness. I never expected to say this and I will never go to Lidl again.
