The quality of basin is poor, with many cracks at the back. Some had been mended. But I found one crack which was still there. I contacted the Reading shop, but was told that I should have contacted them within 7 days of receiving the products (something says in the small print). This is really a strange requirement. Even if my fitter thought that the crack was clearly manufacture's fault, rather than caused during transportation, the shop manager just didn't want to do anything.  He took no responsibility, nor provide any help. 
For the above reasons, I will not recommend the products. I gave one star because that is the lowest I can found.
