Popped in to the Food Hall and for the second time in a row I was served by William, and was delighted to be greeted with a welcoming smile and polite greeting, and was also recommended to try the offer on biscuits, which I did. What a refreshing change to see a young person with a great attitude and genuine approach. What a great ambassador for your store! I will be doing all my shopping there from now on. I thought it was worthy of a mention and I would hope William is congratulated on his great customer care standards,,

Well laid out. Plenty of staff on hand to answer any questions. Bra fitting, cafe, click and collect and cake ordering. Customer toilets. Good selection in the foodhall- love the two dine for £10 deal

Very bad waited in the men's department to pay for 10 minutes. No staff available to take my money. Left what I was going to buy and looked in the food Hall. Went back and picked up my purchases to pay again in the men's department just as I walked up to pay a gentlemen left and disappeared into the changing rooms. I waited 5 minutes then left the articles. I am 73 years of age and have bought all my clothes including my suits from m and s for the last 40 years. I have decided I am now an x customer. I will not be returning.

Went to M&S, to buy toddler Pjs. When we got there they had a 50% sale. Got a few sale tops and jumpers and two lots of Pjs, for 2 - 3 years old.

We had such a pleasant experience today, we were served by the lovely Paul from the food hall. He made us laugh and we joked with him, he was so helpful, he's a credit to your store
