Loyalty of my custom has been lost by the way the manager of this store lied about SD policy, wear & tear of the trainers I bought. I have purchased many trainers from normally the Cirencester SD store. Within 6 weeks of purchase the sole on both trainers were coming away from the toe area, along with material along the body. When I return the product asking for an exchange the store manager took one look at the sole & immediately stated it was wear & tear. Within 6 weeks, which she stated that’s our company policy over 6 weeks. I asked to see this which she couldn’t prove. She then gave me SD head office email address. There was no sign the store manager had received any form of customer service training, very poor attitude. I contacted the head office & this was no better. I’ll never shop here again & will only shop on line where I’ve never had problems returning products. Avoid this store.
Went to buy some new shoes, and it took ages to find a staff member to ask to look for my size in the back i was stood in the trainer section for at least 20 mins. I don’t think it’s very professional for the manager to be on the phone on the shop floor clearly talking down to someone who I think I overheard had missed the bus and running late. Not a nice way to talk to your staff.
weightlifting straps and gloves are the best here. Cheap and high quality
Twice I have been in to buy shoes ect, both times the staff just genuinely could not be bothered to help. First time when I asked for help actually sighed! No idea about what they sell and obviously they don't even want to be there or even pretend they do. Shop is neat and well laid out but the staff are abysmal
Complete thieves. They did not notify me at time of purchase that they don't do refunds I bought a legging that was too small, they offered me an exchange but there was nothing that I liked to exchange. I requested a refund and they refused based on their so called company policy. Found it appalling that they did not notify me before purchase I would ve certainly not bought it. Poor customer service
Seems to be a store for people who like to wear sport brands but not do any. Disappointing.
I have tried to refund couple of footballs in store and service I receiveed were appauling and awful!!After waiting for good 40 minutes, wouldn't make the refund!!! Due to manager is not present!! Had to end with credit vouchers,which I didn't want!! Absolutely disgraceful.
Second visit here, both times rude and unhelpful staff
