I am really pleased with the stuff in Tile Giant and the customer service they provide. I've been explained many different products and given professional advice on different types of tiles and materials. I recommend the Tile Giant Swindon to anyone who seeks professional and friendly advice as well as quality products. What's more, they have a fantastic wood effect tiles.

Had to write to say what lovely helpful staff you have in your store. My Husband and I came in on Saturday afternoon we were served by Heather who was a lovely helpful kind girl, nothing was too much trouble for her. We chose and ordered our tiles, some of them weren't available, I said we'd have problems picking them up. Sharon the manager (I think) said she could deliver them to our house as she would be passing the area on the way back from a work do. She ordered them from another store, so they'd be with us sooner. This was so good of her she didn't have to do it but went out of her way. We are very grateful, and will definately recommend you in the future. Many thanks
