I used to be a loyal M&S customer, until they stopped selling trousers in my size. For myself, it's invariably a waste of time going to the Colchester branch, as they very rarely have anything to fit me, even if I was prepared to pay their excessive prices. That said, they do sell some great clothes for babies and toddlers, and the quality is superior.
