Came in here for the Mac counter and we weren't disappointed, brilliant service from friendly warm staff as you would expect from Mac, also had a look at some bags and luggage whilst we were in there staff were knowledgeable about stock and products and helpful in finding what we were looking for! Bright open shop, lots to see and buy and in a beautiful building too! Definitely the crowning jewel of Colchester shopping!

love this department store! Not too large but has an amazing selection both essential and something to treat yourself. Very relaxed atmostphere and some great places to get a coffee.

It was Williams & Griffins once upon a time...its a very plush store, lovely items for sale, but its prices are out of reach of me and many others in the area, people who look for bargains in Primark. The one thing that makes me cringe, is the down-right snobbishness of the whole atmosphere. Staff look down noses and last time I popped in at Christmas in scruffy attire, I was followed around by security the whole time. It turned into a bit of a game in the end. Apart from that, its a store that has been in Colchester many years, and long it should carry on, just treat people like people and not look down on us...😝

Went shopping in Fenwick's with my daughter to buy Mother's Day and birthday presents from Pandora and Jo Malone and cosmetic department. Fenwick's is a lovely upmarket store. Had lunch in the Italian restaurant on the top floor. Lovely food and excellent service.

Fenwick do some decent gear in here. The place is huge and the range of products are good. I always nip in as the do good gloves by dents. One thing that always gets me is the young girls that work on the department's can be quite rude and arrogant though. The older ladies though, couldn't help you out enough
