My parents Harry & Linda have been very happy with the advice, help and encouragement from all the friendly staff and particularly Rebecca, the vet during our elderly cat's Anna last 15 months where she was under their care for diabetes. At all times they were treated with kindness and respect.  Thoroughly recommended.

My dog went in for a routine neutering and the staff were excellent, kind and explained everything from drop off, to pick up and even called after I had slight concerns which might I add was very quick on response. Rebecca called and was super helpful and I really recommend this vet practice.

Lost my pet and feel as though more could have been done on their part regarding his health.

My baby was spayed here a week ago. They also removed 2 baby canines that were stuck solid and repaired an umbilical hernia they found when shaving her for surgery. Family vet with definite personal touch. Can't recommend highly enough.

Really great veterinarians.  Best overall practice we've used in the Edinburgh area in 30+ years of multi dog ownership.  Its modern, very clean, does things 100% correctly in our experience, easy to get appointments, has high staffing levels and ample safe off street parking.  The vets and nurses are totally focused on animal welfare and nice to humans as well.  We feel genuinely welcome and the dogs are happy to trot in and out, tail wagging.

Highly recommend this vets. The staff are excellent, the service is great, the prices are reasonable and the practice is always spotless. I have never had to wait as they are always ready to take you at the appointment time and they are super friendly and great with my cat. Made me feel very reassured when i was worried about him and confident leaving him in their care when i had never done it before. Correspondence has always been brilliant too. No complaints at all.

We always receive a first class service from Market Cross. Our dog has had a lot of issues over the years and the team of vets and nurses have looked after him so well. I cannot thank the staff enough.

I cannot be more grateful for the care & attention that all the staff have given my poorly cat this week. She & we! have had a tough emotional week & the staff have gone above & beyond to support us & do all they can to help get her get better. I would recommend the practice to anyone without hesitation. Thank you
