Story

Michael and Helen Dickson currently have five cats of their own and have always enjoyed being a ‘multi-cat household’.

Michael has a background in retail with over 20 years of running a successful, customer focused business

Helen is a highly qualified and experienced registered general nurse.

Both Helen and Michael have a lot of experience in caring for their own cats with a range of medical conditions and Helen’s nursing background adds to the understanding of medical care.

Gizmo stayed in Catseye Cattery for 15 nights. We were nervous leaving him as this was his first time in a cattery. Michael and his team were wonderful and so helpful. The environment around the cattery is beautiful, the guest rooms are spotless, very high level of standards. We recieved such a warm welcome, the team truly understands the importance of our pets to be well looked after and loved. Michael kept us updated on how Gizmo was doing and also sent us pictures. Highly recommend, top class team with top class environment. We will definitely use them again! Thank you so much to all at Catseye Cattery

This was my first time using a cattery and I can highly recommend Catseye. Fantastic Staff, very clean accommodation and my cat was very happy and well looked after. I would not hesitate to use in the future. Keep up the good work and thank you for taking such good care of Willow.

I was recently very fortunate to get the opportunity to spend some time at Catseye Cattery as a vet work experience student. The team at Catseye are so friendly and the quality of care given to the cats is tremendous. They have a wealth of experience and I was lucky to learn from them all about how to provide an amazing quality of care for cats.

Couldn’t recommend Catseye Cattery enough. Michael liaised with us throughout the booking process and couldn’t be more helpful/easy to contact. The pick up/drop off service was ideal for us in the city who do not drive. Both cats came home well cared for. Will definitely book again should boarding for our cats be required!

I had travel plans pop up very last minute and Michael and the team at Catseye Cattery were so incredibly accommodating, flexible, and communicative in taking care of my beloved cat, Toast. They went above and beyond, picking up my calls any time and coordinating with Toast's vet on my behalf to organise her health records. The facilities are super spacious and the staff were warm and attentive when I dropped her off. I got regular pictures and updates of Toast from Michael, which really put me at ease, as it was the first time I'd travelled without my cat. I highly recommend Catseye Cattery for a stress-free and reliable experience!

The pens are spotless and have a window view.  Both my cats appeared to gave a lovely time. Staff are very nice and friendly and had my cats personality  s worked out pretty quickly.  Haven't needed to use Catseye for a few year but wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I'd highly recommend Catseye. This was mine and my cats first time of using a cattery and although it was extremely hard leaving him, the staff were very kind and reassuring. The team were fantastic at answering my calls and providing updates while I was away. It's good to know there is somewhere safe he can be left where he'll be well looked after if we ever need to use one again. The cattery itself is spotless with lovely spacious pens for the cats where they get a good view of the outdoors. Thank you again Catseye!

Puffin has come back a happy cat from his Christmas stay at catseye cattery. I was nervous about leaving him for a long stay, especially as he is a very outdoorsey cat, but he was very happy and settled. The environment around the cattery is beautiful and rural and the rooms are bright and spacious, ideal for both indoor and outdoor cats!  I receive such a warm welcome from who ever I see at Catseye and Michael kept me updated on how Puffin was doing and sent me some photos. It's clear they love cats and understanding how important it is to us cat parents to know they are safe and loved.  Thanks so much to all at Catseye and Puffin is looking forward to his next stay!

Amazing place with amazing staff. I was worried about leaving my cat in a cattery after some stressful travelling days and everyone in Catseye was so amazing. My cat when the back home was super happy and active, which means he had a great time. I got regular updates from the staff and they were all very caring and professional. This is definitively the place I will be leaving my cat whenever I need to be absent from the city. 10/10!

Excellent service, very professional team, great facilities and well thought out process. Gave me absolute confidence in leaving my cat for a couple of weeks whilst on honeymoon. On collection everyone was just as lovely and cat was very happy and chilled.
