Can't fault them with how the exotics department have treated my degus so far. I've always ended up waiting for my appointments but, as they deal with a lot of emergency cases it's understandable. It's never been longer than a 20 minute wait past the appointment time. There may be a vet student present during the consultation from time to time as it is a training hospital.

Excellent hospital. have been taking my cats there for years. No hesitation in recommending them. All the staff are really approachable and communicate well.

Fantastic staff. They are all there for the good of the animals, and provide a good and sympathetic update on sick animals' condition. Every approachable and good advice
