"Top chef Mario Rizzi was born in 1956 in Bra, Piedmont, Italy.Mario started his long and successful career as a chef in London in 1979.After his experience in London, he moved back to Italy and from 1981 to 2008 worked for some of the best restaurants in the province of Cuneo in Piedmont.In 2008 he had a great opportunity to work inside the Italian embassy in Washington DC, USA, cooking for a series of gala events.From 2012 to 2015 he went on a journey of discovery, perfecting his art as a chef in Brazil, Germany and Israel."

We ordered pastiera for Eater which was absolutely delicious - traditional recipe, original taste, high quality ingredients. My Italian household really loved it. The price is also great for the size of the cake you get. We will definitely order more in the future
