Very rude over the phone when I questioned a Chinese order no apology or asked to come back in to resolve the problem will not be using this again When I called in I had not finished order and you was trying to put phone down before I finished you kept saying you couldn't hear me, you repeated things over again to which I then got confused!! In past experiences with other takeaways they have been apologetic but it was the rudeness ana when I said ok I won't use you again your response was if you say so!! I have been using the fish bar for years and been a good customer so expected a little better that's all

Never again would I buy fish and chips from here fish wasant cooked properly batter was soggy when it should be crispy chips where all bits we had to throw it all away
