I foolishly placed an order with this company, before reading reviews. Oops, fortunately just for some sealant how hard can it be to supply that? but over a week later, no sign of it so I had to get an alternative supply of the stuff to do the job. I did phone to see whether it had been despatched but was just dismissed and fobbed off, they wouldn't even take the order number to check progress. The only amazing thing is that this company is still in business. I suppose it is propped up by mugs like me. Surely they can't have any repeat business?
Took 9 working days 15 days total to deliver one item out of two. They refuse to talk on the phone other than very limited hours, their 'live chat' just keeps you waiting, and they fail to respond to questions asked by email. I have never dealt with a company who do so much to avoid talking with an existing customer. Will avoid in future.
Another scam company by scumbag Richard Mark Pattinson. A common thief who takes money with no intention to deliver goods. I will get my money back one day, some how.
Total rip off...do not buy from these con men
