I have been on the end of very poor customer service before and made that known. So it's only right that we good service is received people know about it as well. Needing a new freezer we did the normal thing and jumped on the internet to locate one, delivery times and delivery charges soon put an end to that one. A quick check of outlets in Morpeth led us to White & McCarthy, a visit to them lasting no longer than ten minutes, goods ordered delivery date agreed, happy customer. Without prompting an offer was made to unpack the freezer, dispose of the packaging and chill the freezer down, ecstatic customer. Where will I buy in the future? Yes your right White & McCarthy

Rubbish service, had a problem with an extractor fan about 4 years ago around Christmas time. Engineer called to look and said it needed a new motor and would order it for me. Weeks passed with no communications, so I phoned them and spoke with the shop who checked their records and said, yes, they are still awaiting the part and would get back to me when it arrived. 4 years later and still waiting for that call! Pathetic customer service. Won't ever use again or recommend to anybody. AVOID would be my advice.

Excellent service - left message on A/phone responded very quickly. very friendly and helpful fitter...had all the parts on his van fitted immediately - oven works fine. would recommend this company..
