We have been going here for more than 15 years always been a favourite with children and then grandchildren even when not always perfect. Sadly tonights visit was not so good. We like a window table and have usually been able to have one unless we booked late or tables reserved.Tonight however we were told we must sit over the other side. The table we usually sit at was still empty when we left so wasn't reserved. We didn't feel welcome the way we always have and after going there for so long this is a huge disappointment and will be a miss
