The Salt House Kitchen

This is a lovely place by the sea. Decor is nice, seating is comfortable. It does get busy so you do need to book in advance, we were unable to get a table on a Sunday morning. The muffins are huge, sweet and savoury available. Friendly staff and busy atmosphere.

Took my mother in law to afternoon tea here yesterday and it was utterly lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was magnificent. Only drawback was it's not wheelchair accessible and the tables are a bit close together, so it's difficult to get around with any sort of mobility impairment.

Fantastic. Interior very chic, staff down to earth, prices worth paying. Portion size very generous, food top quality. Many thanks. Will definitely be going back numerous times.

Great place to stop and have a bite to eat. Staff are friendly, seating is comfortable. Menu is great and reasonably priced. Coffee is good here and the food is great, with not a long wait. You can sit outside and people watch, but the inside is cosy and inviting..

What a lovely place to relax on the seafront. Modern chic surroundings, lots of mirrored glass, makes the area look larger and airy. Welcomed by very friendly staff, who took time to speak even though they were obviously busy. We booked in advance as it is very popular.Extremely good menu something to suit every taste from sandwiches to more substantial meals. Can recomend hot turkey sandwich served with chips and extra gravy. They were advertising Christmas/ New Year function meals, they had the usual festive price tag but the menus looked delicious .
