Have used this take out for several years for chinese meals. Never had an issue. Tonight ordered one dish that I have had previously several times, when it arrived it was a different dish. Contacted the restaurant to ask if they could rectify the issue, believing it was a simple error. Person on the phone seemed to imply I was lying claiming they cooked it personally and we had the right order. Won't be eating from here again. Lost a good customer tonight
Absolutely Delicious. Sauce was flavourful, chicken was tender. Would recommend to anybody.

We ordered from here and the service was very slow. The main issue was that they forgot something on our order and when I rang they told me it would be delivered out to me straight away. They didn't bring what they missed and ignored the phone when I rang again. I though this was very rude! Terrible service nobody should not get what they paid for! Food wasn't amazing very basic.
Ordered food, told would be around 45 minutes. After an hour I rang back, to be told they were waiting on driver to deliver our meals..didn't know our address though as didn't ask it. 1 hour 20 minutes, rang again. This time told driver was on way, I asked to what address, to confirm it was our order. Told, on way where? On way then hung up. Very poor service. Have used this takeaway for a very long time, usually very good. Always this same problem if ordering direct and not via just eat!
Fantastic meal very quick on delivery too will be having more food from this take away .
Worst takeaway i ever used ! order king prawn got chicken . complained said that when i ordered another i could have meal free ! what a joke they said did not know anything about. That if i ordered a meal they knock some off what a joke !! i went to pay offered my debit card tried to charge me 50p for use of card told them to forget it and walked out there attitude stinks !! Got home checked price they was going to charge me did not even knock 1p off bill like they said , would not mind but i never complain unless something is wrong and believe me that was plus both meals i have were tasteless . never use them again . rubbish service waited 1 hour 15 mins told 40 mins complete joke !!
If I could give this place - 1 in stars I would. I was told on the phone my food would be 45 minutes, but it was at my door within 15, and I live probably 10 minutes, that's never a good sign. Firstly the delivery driver didn't know his arse from his elbox and took about 5 minutes to work out my change, even when I'd told him nicely four or five times what It was, putting money in my hand, then taking it out, replacing a 50p with 2 20ps and a 10p strange. More importantly the food. Probably the worst Chinese I've ever had in my entire life. My partner had the crispy shredded beef, which was greasy and gross. He described it as beef that had been pre dipped in hot fat, only to have sat on the side to then be quickly dipped back in before being packed away. The grease was swimming. I had a chicken chow min, probably the most discusting thing I've ever met, the chicken was bland and just bits of Iceland breast just got up in large slices and thrown on top. The top layer of of noodles was soaked through, with what I can only describe as the sauce from a cheap tin of meatballs and gravy and the underneath was as dry and gandis flip flop. Not to even mention to horrendous chips, I like I ate one and spat it out, cold and undercooked in the middle and burnt on the outside, I'm surprised I didn't chip a tooth. The only thing they seemed to have gotten right is the can a coke, but that was probably troublesom for them. Will not be ordering EVER again, I'd rather starve.
